Volunteer Zoho Recruit Specialist

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a volunteer with technical expertise to lead the setup and implementation of Zoho Recruit to manage our volunteer operations. The volunteer will be responsible for customising modules to fit our specific workflows, setting up communication templates (email, SMS, mail merge), and creating job and offer templates. Additionally, the role involves managing the project from inception to completion, setting up hiring pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration of the volunteer portal and career website with our existing digital infrastructure. Key Deliverables:

Customised Zoho Recruit modules tailored to our workflow. Fully integrated communication templates and job templates. A functional hiring pipeline and volunteer portal. A seamlessly integrated career website.

You will work closely with our Founder, developers and project managers, ensuring a collaborative approach throughout the project. While we have a clear vision of what we need, we value the insights and innovations that you might bring to the project, and there is flexibility in how some objectives are achieved. This role is pivotal in enhancing our volunteer management processes and will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

What are we looking for?

Technical Expertise in Zoho Recruit: Proficient in setting up and customising Zoho Recruit, including modules, templates, and integration with existing systems. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and meet expected outcomes. API Integration: Strong skills in API integration and familiarity with interfacing various software systems to ensure seamless functionality across platforms. Deluge Scripting: Experience in Deluge, Zoho's scripting language, is essential for customising workflows and automating processes within Zoho Recruit. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, communicating clearly with team members from diverse backgrounds and technical expertise.
