Role Summary:

  • Manage partnerships and enhance stakeholder engagement with the Foundation's projects and resources.
  • Monitor relationship health, build new relationships, and maintain existing ones across various levels.
  • Guide partners on circular business strategies, implementation plans, and employee engagement.
  • Track partner engagement and provide valuable feedback to support their circular economy transition.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consultancy or similar fields.
  • Proven expertise in change management and business transformation.
  • Experience managing multi-party collaborative projects and cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment on when to seek external support.
  • Strong management skills, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing for outcomes.
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

The Ellen MacArthur Foundation is a pioneering global community committed to driving the circular economy agenda within their company and industry. We are looking for a visionary, action-oriented, and collaborative individual to manage several of our Foundation’s Partners.

The role entails working directly with a variety of key stakeholders to maximise their engagement with broader Ellen MacArthur Foundation projects and resources. You will be responsible for relationship health, establishing and nourishing relationships at all levels, tracking engagement, and providing guidance and feedback on circular business transformation strategy, implementation roadmaps, and employee engagement strategies.

Job requirements include 5+ years professional experience in either a consultancy firm or similar, with a strong track-record in change management and business transformation projects. Evidence of delivery or management of multi-party collaborative projects and experience of working with international / cross-cultural colleagues or teams in dynamic situations is required. High-impact communication of new and challenging ideas in verbal and written form is essential. Comfortable working independently while judging when to consult and bring in external expertise and support. Experience in working in agile, evolving environments. Evidence of strong management skills with experience in meeting time-critical milestones as well as the ability to prioritise effectively to deliver on an outcome basis. At least one language (in particular French, Spanish or Italian) in addition to English is desirable given the range of stakeholder engagement.
