Role Summary:
- Manage Wholesale accounts and Distributors for the TOMS EMEA Supply Chain team.
- Focus on optimizing service and reducing costs.
- Build and manage reports from Supply Chain systems.
- Support the Logistic team with daily operational tasks.
- Assist in stock management and inventory-related tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments on inventory activities.
Role Requirements:
- Must be a student residing in the Netherlands.
- Studying HBO/WO (e.g., Logistics engineering, Industrial engineering, Economics).
- Fluency in English, Dutch preferred.
- Organized, data-driven, and proactive.
- Flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Creative thinking, accuracy, and analytical skills are essential.

The Role We are looking for an Intern to join our TOMS EMEA Supply Chain team to manage our Wholesale accounts and Distributors. Your focus will be on service and costs. You will report to the Logistic, Sales and Operation Manager. You will be responsible for building reports from our Supply Chain systems, supporting the Logistic team with several day-to-day tasks, supporting stock management and inventory-related tasks, and assisting all departments with inventory-related activities.
Job Requirements This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands (no relocation). You should be an HBO/WO student (e.g. Logistics engineering, Industrial engineering, Economics). You should be fluent in English (both verbal and spoken) – Dutch is preferred. You should be structured, date-driven and have a hands-on mentality. You should be flexible, enjoy making things better every day and value creative thinking and accuracy. You should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits We offer a 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week) starting in September 2024 (flexible). You will get 2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours. We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days at the EMEA office (Tuesday and Thursday) and the other days from home. We offer an internship allowance confirm market conditions. We provide an ambitious and international working environment at our EMEA office in Amsterdam.
