Role Summary:
- Manage the Visitor Experience Operations team, ensuring an exceptional visitor experience.
- Work closely with security to maintain safety and security within the museum.
- Engage with visitors across various galleries, enhancing their interaction with the collections.
- Oversee operations within the museum's galleries and commercial spaces.
- This part-time role is based onsite at V&A South Kensington, primarily on Fridays and weekends, averaging 18 hours per week.

The Role V&A South Kensington is a world of extraordinary global creativity, set in one of London’s most iconic buildings, with a collection spanning 5,000 years, and unmissable exhibitions and experiences for all. We are looking for an experience people manager to join our Visitor Experience Operations team, working primarily Fridays/Weekends (18hrs avg per week) to support our team and help welcome visitors to our museum, galleries, and commercial spaces. Please note this role is located onsite at V&A South Kensington. The Visitor Experience Operations team is situated in galleries across the V&A, engaging visitors with the collection, working with the security team to ensure the safety and security of people and objects.
