The Role: You will lead on the development and delivery of a prospect research strategy to support the strategic development of our partnership portfolio. In collaboration with the Senior Partnership Development Manager you will develop and implement a prospect research strategy to grow partnerships and income. You will also oversee all aspects of the prospect pipeline process and present monthly KPI reports to the Partnership Development team, liaising with the Performance and Insights team as required to adapt reports to meet the team's needs.

Job Requirements: Educated to degree-level/equivalent educational standard, or significant equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of the role of research in good prospect management, cultivation and stewardship (in commercial or not-for-profit environment). Experience carrying out prospect research for corporate partnerships using relevant databases and research tools. Very strong research and analytical skills, including ability to produce detailed and insightful profiles and network lists for prospective individual and organisation partners.
