As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will be leading a team of functional experts specialising in our CRM and Website products. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions that solve real-world problems. We are a distributed company with an HQ in London and team members from around the world. We’re extremely proud of our open culture and collaborative way of working.

Your key responsibilities will include team management, functional consultancy, client engagement, solution design, implementation, delivery and training, developing best practices, and providing feedback for product improvement.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience implementing CRM solutions, including direct interaction with clients for discovery exercises, system demonstrations and training as well as performing configurations. You should also have at least two years of team/line management responsibilities for at least two other functional consultants. Previous experience working in a digital agency with agile planning processes working within defined budgets is also required.

You should be able to quickly and easily grasp nuanced technical concepts, and proactively perform independent learning and research to expedite this. You should love the technical challenge of making complex things simple; often the simplest solution is the best! You should be able to convey complex concepts clearly to other team members. You’re someone who likes to implement processes and ensure they are followed. You seek to learn from others as well as share your knowledge and experience. You have great attention to detail. You have a Can do / Make it happen attitude.
