Role Summary:
- Design and enhance post-purchase customer experiences for MANUAL's web and mobile app platforms.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to understand customer needs and create intuitive design solutions.
- Lead the charge in creating a seamless health treatment journey that empowers customers to reach their health goals.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in product design, focusing on consumer-facing, mobile-first products.
- Expertise in strong UI design for both mobile and web interfaces.
- Proven ability to conduct qualitative user research and translate findings into effective design strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to visualize complex systems and user interactions.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be working on our post-purchase experiences (web and mobile app), focusing on solving the key challenges our customers face as they go through their health treatment journey. You will collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, support agents, clinicians and engineers to discover and understand customer needs, ideate on solutions and design experiences that help people achieve their health goals.
Job requirements include 4+ years of product design experience with an emphasis on consumer-facing, mobile-first products, strong UI design skills across mobile and web platforms, experience in organising and facilitating qualitative user research, and problem-solving ability by logically visualising complex systems, user interaction flows, and intuitive interfaces.
We offer a salary range of £70,000-80,000 based on experience, generous share option plan, £400 per year learning and development budget with Learnerbly, gym and wellness benefit with Gympass, hybrid role based in Bermondsey 3 days a week with breakfast and lunch once a week, 25 days holidays and generous parental leave & flexible working policies.
