- Role Summary:
- Join Marshmallow's Non-Fault Claims Team to manage claims efficiently from instruction to repair and recovery.

- Role Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the motor claims industry, with a focus on Recovery/Subrogation.
- Prior experience with an Accident Management company is advantageous.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to the team's objectives.
- Self-starter with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.

- 1-hour skills-based interview with members of the Claims team to assess experience and work style alignment.

The Role We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our brand new Non-Fault Claims Team, focused on overseeing claims from instruction and throughout the repair and subrogated recovery process. You will have the chance to help us improve our processes and monitoring through sharing your ideas and learnings, in order to establish an effective way of working.
Job Requirements Around 2 years of relevant experience in the motor claims space, including experience of Recovery / Subrogation. Experience within an Accident Management company would be an added bonus. You’re able to see the bigger picture and support any aspect of the team to achieve our larger goals. You’ll be able to work off your own initiative and are confident in making data-driven decisions.

Application Details We break it up into a few stages: Initial call with a member of our TA Team (30 mins), A skill-based interview where you will discuss your previous experience with two members of the Claims team and check that your work style fits our processes and values (1 hour). We’ll let you know if you’re invited to an interview or not. But, as a small team with a lot of applications to consider, we can’t give individual feedback on each application.
Additional Information To meet our regulatory obligations as an FCA-authorised financial services company, we need to do some background checks on all new hires. That means carrying out a DBS check and making sure you don't have any live criminal proceedings.
