Role Summary:Lead the User Acquisition team to manage and optimize performance marketing across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.Control an 8-figure marketing budget to drive user and revenue growth.Develop and implement new user acquisition initiatives and strategies.Design and conduct experiments to uncover the most impactful user acquisition opportunities.Handle all aspects of reporting and analytics for marketing and user acquisition.Optimize performance across a variety of advertising networks.Collaborate with ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product teams, and privacy & compliance departments.Build relationships with ad network vendors and partner with internal teams for ad creation.Grow and manage the User Acquisition team to achieve company goals.

Role Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/user acquisition.At least 3 years of managing a performance marketing team.Deep understanding of the mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and attribution.Proficiency in analytics software such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel.Strong analytical skills focused on data analysis and actionable insights.Familiarity with Google Play and AppStore connect reports & analytics.Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, DMA, etc.Experience managing substantial marketing budgets across various channels.Outstanding communication skills with a flair for promoting and negotiating new ideas.Previous experience in the Health & Fitness domain is advantageous.

Your Experience

Must have:


  • 5+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition;
  • 3+ years in managing a performance marketing team;
  • Expert understanding of the mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution (including SKAN and Sandbox);
  • Expertise in analytics and visualization software, e.g. Looker, Tableau and Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills with the focus on data analysis and recommendations;
  • Expertise in Google Play and AppStore connect reports & analytics;
  • Understanding privacy landscape: GDPR, CCPA, DMA etc;
  • Experience successfully managing big marketing budgets across various digital and media channels;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate new ideas.

  • Experience in the Health & Fitness domain.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:


  • Lead User Acquisition at Flo by managing and optimizing performance marketing across different platforms: iOS, Android, Web;
  • Manage an 8-figure user acquisition budget to achieve high user and revenue growth;
  • Develop new growth initiatives by following best practices and strategies in user acquisition;
  • Create test plans and experiment with various UA initiatives to identify the highest impact opportunities;
  • Oversee all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing;
  • Optimize and report performance across multiple ad networks;
  • Manage relationships with other teams: ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product teams, privacy & compliance;
  • Liaise with multiple ad network vendors and partner with other Flo teams to develop creative ads and other supplementary materials;
  • Develop and manage the User Acquisition team.
