Head of Finance

Transforma Travel Group is recruiting a Head of Finance to oversee the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the company's financial activities globally. This role can be based in either our London or Ho Chi Minh City office.

Our company operates three brands across the youth travel space: The Learning Adventure, The Dragon Trip, and The Coyote Trip. All brands are youth-focused tour operators which share the same mission: to expand minds through transformative travel experiences.

The role entails overseeing our Finance Manager and Finance team, forming part of the Leadership Team, developing our finance systems for growth, providing financial updates to the team, CEO and Board of Directors, and managing our Central Services department. You’ll also represent the company to our teams and other key stakeholders, such as shareholders and investors.

Job requirements include managerial excellence, accounting ability, strategic ability, and communication ability. You’ll need a degree, additional qualifications, and experience in accounting & finance. You’ll also need at least 8 years working in finance, and experience in senior managerial roles (ideally within the travel sector).
