What you’ll be doing

As our Skilled Operative, you will support the Team Leader in delivering the days requirement for your department. Skilled Op’s step up in the absence of the Team Leader so you’ll need strong communication skills, working collaboratively to keep the department running smoothly, helping with the day-to-day management of the team. Also, the skilled op’s role is tools on and rotating around the team doing different tasks. 

This is an exciting role that presents new challenges every day. You will need great attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure working closely with the QC and warehouse Team to efficiently deliver to the Packhouse.
