Role Summary:

  • Manage front desk operations, including guest greetings and delivery handling.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to enhance office experience for guests and co-workers.
  • Coordinate office social events and liaise with service providers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant of Co-CEOs as needed.

The Role You will be responsible for all front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing deliveries and assisting with co-workers queries. You will work closely with the People Team to ensure our guests and co-workers have the best experience possible in the office. You will assist with all things social/events in the office and work with services & suppliers who enable our office environment to be a great place to work. You will also provide support to the EA to the Co-CEO’s with administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone who is adaptable by nature with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be proactive and use initiative to find solutions. You should have a positive mindset; warm, friendly and approachable personality. You should be a natural organiser with great prioritisation skills and passionate about collaborating with colleagues. You should be technically adept; ideally experienced with Gsuite, Slack and working with Macs.
