- Lead the charge in enhancing Movember's mission by establishing strong relationships with Ambassadors.

- 3+ years of experience in volunteer management.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; French language skills and ON Driver’s License preferred.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. We're seeking a passionate Manager, Community Ambassador Engagement to join our Toronto based team. The role involves enhancing Movember's mission across Canada by building relationships with and managing groups of Ambassadors who can leverage their unique networks, skills and lived experience to increase Movember campaign registration, fundraising, brand and impact awareness. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Toronto office.
Job requirements include 3+ years progressive experience in volunteer management, excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills and service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, proven organizational abilities and ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Benefits include fully paid health and dental benefits, EFAP support, matching GRSP plan, hybrid/flexible working, 13 weeks paid Parental Leave and 4 weeks annual leave.
Additional requirements include ability and willingness to work weekends and evenings, spoken French an asset, ON Driver’s License and access to vehicle.
