The Role: As the Audience Insights Manager, you will sit within the Strategy and Research team, playing a pivotal role in understanding our audiences. You will lead the development of audience insights from various sources, linking attitudinal and behavioural data to develop actionable insight and trends. You will be an advocate for the views and needs of our audiences and help us to understand the shape and size of our markets. Your insights will ensure that our strategy and innovations are responding to our audiences effectively.

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis. You should have the ability to create and maintain sets of processes that provide clarity for a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in conducting and commissioning audience and market research is essential. You should be able to assess the relevancy of new innovations and products against audience need and have experience running a range of projects and prioritising effectively across them.
