- Drive engagement and retention with UK schools using the Up Learn platform.
- Introduce teachers to the platform, offering strategies to maximize student results.

- Skilled in problem-solving, communication, and data analysis.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot, and B2B account management.
- Background in education or tech SaaS products is advantageous.

About the role
At Up Learn we are building an incredible team and culture and are very excited to start the search for a Customer Success Manager to transform the way schools across the UK use the Up Learn platform. As the amount of schools we support and the demand for learning and revision resources grows we are looking for passionate and committed problem solvers to increase engagement with our partners, improve our workflows and strive to achieve strong retention rates with overall great service. You will speak to teachers in a range of situations, introducing teachers to the impressive features of the Up Learn platform through progress and engagement calls, showing them tips and tricks to get students to top grades, and creating strategies for usage that align with the school’s goals. This role will report to our Head of Partnerships and will be integral in building an awesome Customer Success team!
Up Learn supports a hybrid working environment with two days in the office per week (one team day and one company day) and the rest is up to you!

September 2024 is going to be a pivotal time for Up Learn with the launch of our first courses at GCSE being released to schools.
About you
You really love building relationships and inspiring customers to become ambassadors and evangelists, growing the brand's reputation to drive retention and revenue growth. Responsibilities
We are growing fast and anticipate many more exciting responsibilities and projects to develop in this role.
- Be responsible for the rollout and success of wider school groups (MATs, Faith Groups etc) using Up Learn. Looking for key trends and reporting to the Head of Partnerships on further growth opportunities.
- Personally be responsible for engagement for a pipeline of higher value, pipeline of partners.
- Become Up Learn’s product expert and brand ambassador, introducing teachers and students to the impressive features of Up Learn
- Ensure our partners have the best experience possible and that they are just as enthusiastic about Up Learn as we are!
- Conduct onboarding for schools, including account setup, programme launch, and staff training, ensuring strong partner buy-in.
- Perform regular account health checks to build strong relationships with schools and teachers.
- Analyse customer success metrics and data to continually improve engagement strategies.
- Proactively impact a continually evolving tech product, collaborating with other teams in the company.
Requirements

- Commitment to delivering great customer experience and key results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving with strong Excel skills
- Great organisation and attention to detail, keeping everything up to date in our CRM and performance dashboards
- Passionate about learning and growth - you thrive in a culture of feedback, giving and receiving it
- Experience with CRM, Hubspot would be a plus.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Marketing or Business Development managing a high volume of accounts in a B2B setting would be a great plus.
- Previous experience in either the Education sector (teaching) or within Tech SaaS products would be a huge plus.
