Job Title: Head of Product Enablement
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: Negotiable and up to 30% bonus and benefits
Location: London

Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrow

As a Head of Product Enablement at Tandem your focus will be on:

  • Report in to the Director of Product and help accelerate the core deliverables and roadmap items.
  • Acting as a key contact point between C-level, Business/Product and Technology to accelerate delivery
  • Leading the liaison between Product and Business areas to ensure commercial suitability and benefits realisation of deliverables
  • Line managing and leading team members in the Product space
  • Managing key relationships with our 3rd party vendors
  • Acting as the thought leader, enabling Director of Product to develop and deliver strategic propositions for the bank
  • Managing the risks, reporting and audit considerations as part of leading Product roadmaps
  • Helping deliver on our innovation roadmap

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience leading Product and Delivery focused teams
  • Experience in delivering roadmaps and managing technical/non technical requirements
  • Experienced with leading data and analytics
  • Experienced with and comfortable presenting at C-level/ExCo & Board
  • Background of banking and financial services will be highly desirable
