As our Employee Development Officer, you’ll be part of a team supporting our employees to develop the knowledge, tools and skills they need to meet their potential in role. You will also help in creating a culture where everyone who works for us can connect, grow and perform with the confidence to be themselves.
We are looking for someone who understands and can demonstrate how to create a compelling learning experience enabling employees to build knowledge, skills and behaviour for high performance. You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage multiple and competing priorities. You should also have good Excel and data skills and can communicate clearly in writing.
