The role is a full time position that is based in London with work from home flexibility. As a Head of Destination Marketing & Performance, you will be responsible for owning and delivering marketing for ‘always on’ destination products within the Day 8 portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a result-driven and growth-oriented marketer to drive engagement, experience and acquisition across a range of exciting products, including Yacht Week.
Responsibilities include destination marketing, performance marketing management, asset management, and general management. You will manage relationships and delivery with external agencies and freelancers to support digital marketing activities ensuring high quality outputs on time, on budget and to a high standard.
We’re looking for passion for and experience within the travel industry. Experience in managing and executing multi channel campaigns, including paid media, managing complex budgets, and experience with martech platforms like Klaviyo is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving attitude, proven analytical skills, and fluency in written and spoken English is a must. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
You will be based out of our modern office in East London for the majority of the year, some International travel may also be required in some of our awesome locations around the globe.
