A bit about Field

At Field, we’re accelerating the build out of renewable energy infrastructure to reach net zero. We have ambitious plans to become the defining new clean energy player in Europe over the next few years, gradually expanding beyond batteries into new asset types.

    • working with the recruitment team to monitor and collate relevant candidate data, including salary levels, expectations, talent pool size, arising trends, etc
    • gathering and collating salary data from external sources, including recruitment partners, white papers, competitors, etc
    • sourcing and participating in relevant external compensation surveys, including the collation and submission of our employee data within required timeframes

  • Benefits benchmarking + management: monitor the effectiveness of current benefits offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and broadly comparable in each country:

    • completing benchmarking exercises in each geography in order to build a comprehensive understanding for legal minimums, market norms and candidate expectations
    • making recommendations for consideration, balancing both employee feedback and commercial considerations
    • sourcing suitable external partners to help us deliver effective, efficient and engaging benefits for all employees

  • Process improvement and project delivery: our processes are homegrown and we know there’s tons of room for optimisation, including automation and data management compliance. Some of things you’ll be getting involved with include:

    • assessing our payroll management model and making a recommendation on when / whether this should be wholly outsourced and on what basis (global / local)
