  • Oversee the contract export process, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Process signed contracts, adhering to proper countersignature procedures.
  • Address tendering queries and conduct ad-hoc analysis and data cleansing on Salesforce.
  • Manage the Tender Response Administration for various sales channels.
  • Log tenders in accordance with KPIs and communicate key requests effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls on the Sales Line, managing queries efficiently.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for the sustainable energy industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
  • Education to degree level is preferred but not mandatory, and experience in the I&C energy industry is beneficial.

We are Bryt Energy, a sustainable energy company based in Birmingham. We are seeking to recruit two Sales Support Executives to support the Sales Account Management team, by managing key tasks in the quoting process for all the I&C new customer, and renewal pipeline.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will be handling all quoting requests and ensuring these are uploaded to the core sales system in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for exporting and checking contracts from the pricing system, and ensuring they are sent out to the right third parties in line with the dates and times requested. You will also be responsible for the processing of signed contracts and ensuring the correct countersignature procedure is actioned for these. There will also be some handling of tendering queries around this process, both internally and externally, and some ad-hoc analysis and data cleansing work through the core sales system, Salesforce.

You will be responsible for managing the Tender Response Administration process for TPI and Direct sales channel. Ensuring all tenders are accurately logged in line with KPI’s, and any key requests are communicated to the relevant people. You will also liaise with the Commercial and Operations departments on tender and contract queries. You will also be required to answer incoming calls through the Sales Line, managing any queries.

The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated and keen to either start or continue a career in the sustainable energy industry. You should be highly analytical, experienced in data inputting and understand the need for accuracy around this. You should also be a confident and clear communicator both internally within the company, and externally with customers and other stakeholders. You should have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests and manage effectively.

Education and Training: Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent, but this is not essential. Experience working within the I&C energy industry would also be beneficial, but not essential. Abilities and Skills: Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications skills. Familiarity with the Salesforce system ideal, but not essential. Demonstratable verbal and written communication skills.
