The Opportunity This is a newly created position which will play a pivotal role in the future of Scott Dunn and our environmental and social impact. The role will further develop and drive the sustainability and Nature Positive Impact Strategy for Scott Dunn, ensuring an integrated approach which aligns with our purpose, core values and aim to travel responsibility and tread lightly, leaving a positive imprint on the world.
Job requirements Passion for sustainability Previous experience in sustainability, luxury travel or social responsibility; travel-related product experience highly valued Ability to think strategically and holistically, while executing at a tactical level Demonstrated project management skills Highly organised and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Experience communicating in a persuasive, credible manner – both in writing, in presentations and verbally Experience analysing and interpreting data Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-regionally and cross-industry to maintain alignment and apply best practice Influencing skills at all levels of an organisation Curious and motivated to learn from external sources, and to create a network of contacts Commercial acumen and ability to negotiate Integrity and ability to represent Scott Dunn professionally in an external setting
