Role Summary:

  • Forge and cultivate lasting relationships with merchants and partners.
  • Serve as a dedicated business advisor and primary contact throughout the merchant's post-live journey.
  • Represent our innovative products and uphold the Checkout.com brand, offering expertise, educational resources, and guidance to our clients.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Relationship Management, preferably in FinTech or Payments.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build robust relationships at all levels.
  • Agility in adapting to changing demands and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for continuous learning and handling a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

The role entails nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with our merchants and partners. You will be the business advisor and main point of contact to a merchant's post live process. You will act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand, delivering expertise, education, and mentorship to our merchants.

Job requirements include experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, commercially focussed role (bonus if in the FinTech, Payments industry and/or payment team from a merchant side), a strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills, self-motivated learner and excellent organizational skills, strong commercial sense and able to establish robust relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to balance multiple opportunities concurrently, passionate about learning new things and working on wide portfolio of accounts, good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
