- Location: Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
In this position, you will play a crucial role in our success, reporting directly to the Production Director you’ll be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of our Head Office Production facility.. - Leadership & Development: You will guide a team of over 220 co-owners, fostering a world-class work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth site operations, improve processes, and eliminate bottlenecks. You’ll champion our lean leadership program and embrace a continuous improvement mindset.
- Quality Assurance: You’ll be passionate about maintaining high standards for every item packed and dispatched..
- Financial Accountability: Manage a £70 million P&L, a £6 million labour budget, and a significant capex budget.

Salary: £75,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment is essential
- Expertise with short shelf-life products and the associated challenges would be an advantage.
- Background in lean principles and a track record of driving improvements.
- P&L understanding and senior-level presentation experience.
- A history of developing and nurturing operational teams.
