Role Summary

  • Update and maintain the B2B wholesale system, ensuring partners have full support.
  • Monitor customer orders and sell-through for continuous stock availability.
  • Analyze sales data to support channel growth and revenue optimization.
  • Handle new account setups, including payment and logistics terms.
  • Coordinate with teams to meet delivery schedules and minimize credit risks.
  • Process orders within agreed SLAs and manage back/forward orders.
  • Proactively communicate with partners to maximize sales revenue.
  • Support Key Account management from order to delivery with top-tier customer service.
  • Regularly review and enhance the Wholesale Partners Portal.

Role Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Sales account management and customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytical, numerical, and Excel skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on finding solutions.

Rapha Wholesale is a newly established retail channel to build upon Rapha’s global brand positioning and awareness through strategic partnerships in existing and new territories. The wholesale channel is fast becoming an important part of Rapha’s marketing and customer acquisition model and will in turn support the custom channel as we strengthen our partnerships.

Rapha's mission is to make cycling the most popular sport in the world and our Clubhouses and the Wholesale channel plays a key role in making the broader Rapha community a place of inclusion on and off the bike.

Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Coordinator, the Wholesale Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the effective day to day operational management of the wholesale partnerships. Supporting the regional Wholesale Sales team, this role will help deliver the sales plan by ensuring timely outbound deliveries and order management. Offering exceptional customer service at all times whilst demonstrating a commercial attitude to drive sell-through and maximise revenue opportunity.

THE ROLE


  • Ensure the B2B wholesale system is updated at all times and partners are fully supported in its day to day use


  • Work closely with the Senior Wholesale Coordinator to monitor customer orders and sell-through to ensure continuous stock availability


  • Continuous review of sales, stock reporting and data analytics to support the growth of the channel and maximise revenue opportunities


  • Responsible for all new account set-up including payment, discount terms and logistics terms


  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery schedules can be met and accounts are reviewed consistently to minimise credit risk


  • Responsible for the processing of orders within agreed SLA’s, as well as back/forward order reviews


  • Communicate proactively to our partners to ensure we maximise sales revenue with alternatives/order phasing


  • Support all Key Account management from order to delivery, with best in class customer service


  • Support the sales team as required to ensure we offer operational excellence alongside a streamlined customer journey


  • Continuously review and update the Wholesale Partners Portal. Working alongside all cross functional teams to ensure our partners are aligned to all of Rapha’s service standards across VM, Training, Compliance and Communications




THE CANDIDATE

Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfil the requirements in a similar way.


  • Strong communication skills with an inquisitive eye for detail


  • Previous experience in sales account management and customer service is desirable but not essential.


  • Analytical and numerically literate


  • Excel knowledge, ideally previous experience


  • A commercial and solution-based skill-set
