The Role As a Talent Acquisition Process Architect at Checkout.com, you will focus on the enablement of the TA function, to drive efficiency and productivity across the team by supporting the management of key projects and programs, looking after our tools and supporting day-to-day business operations that help the TA team achieve their goals.

Job Requirements You will be using your strong critical and analytical thinking to optimise TA program operations with a focus on process management and key strategic initiatives. You will own TA data hygiene by pulling reports from our recruitment systems, tools and platforms, and enabling data hygiene across the recruiting tech stack. You will identify TA/business process challenges through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders. You will lead on project and program logistics, owning tasks and updating key stakeholders on progress and blockers.
