The role of People Team Coordinator is a central part of our People & Culture team. You will serve as a friendly face and ambassador to the rest of the business, whilst maintaining confidentiality. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in all facets of our People & Culture team, with varied responsibilities spanning multiple areas, alongside office management duties.

Job requirements include excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail, good prioritisation skills and accuracy in administrative tasks, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with a mid-sized People team and a HRIS within a growing SME is advantageous. Knowledge of People policies, contracts, payroll, and HR templates is advantageous.
