We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our NEW Sussex-based sales team on a permanent basis. This role entails attending the region's best 'foodie' events throughout the year.

- We offer a basic salary of £26,570 pro rata together with a rewarding ‘on target’ uncapped commission, with realistic earnings of around £35k OTE.
Location - This is a travelling / field-based role within the Sussex / South East region, working across a 1.5-hour radius. To support a healthy work-life balance, we kindly ask that candidates live within a reasonable commute of our Warninglid distribution hub: Old Grain Store, Warninglid Lane, Horsham RH13 6NY.

Our passionate Sales Representatives travel in one of our ‘Live Life on the Veg’ vans to popular country markets and busy high street locations to regional shows, striking up conversations with anyone and everyone about the wonderful fresh veg we lovingly grow and sell.
As a Riverford brand ambassador, you'll engage customers, guiding them to choose the perfect veg box that suits their needs, all while delivering outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm and deep knowledge of our fresh, organic vegetables will leave them excitedly looking forward to their first Riverford veg box delivery, connecting them to the farm and the delicious produce we grow.
Flexibility and great interpersonal skills are the key to success. Due to the nature of the Sales Representative role, there will be early starts / late finishes, working across a flexible Monday to Sunday rota over a 5-day week with an emphasis on weekends. However, there’s plenty of fresh air and fun to be enjoyed, rewarded with great earning potential and no two days will ever be the same!
