Role Summary
- Champion our company culture and ensure our office is a place our team loves to be.
- Build strong relationships with staff and visitors, enhancing their Bloom & Wild experience.

⚙️ What you'll be doing:
You'll take pride in our office space and make sure it’s always at its best. You will take the initiative to look around the space and think “what can I do?” and always look for innovative ways to create an uplifting environment that our team will look forward to visiting Be our in-office culture champion, building strong relationships with everyone and working closely with our UK People Experience Manager to continuously improve and evolve our culture Ensure visitors to the Bloom & Wild office have the best possible experience. You take pride in ensuring the visitor experience is a delight: from welcome, to meeting rooms, to refreshments Support our UK People Experience Manager with organising (on-site) connection events such as our Monthly Meeting days and socials, and major company events that are held off-site (Summer / Winter parties) Celebrate key moments memorably and make sure our people feel appreciated, through co-ordination of our Delighting Program (gifting around team anniversaries, promotions, new parents etc) Go to person for our new joiners - making them feel warmly welcomed by owning parts of our onboarding process Run the continuous improvement project plan for our London office - regularly seek feedback on suggestions & improvements, and take quick action to ensure our team feels heard and our office experience is the best it can be Responsible for project managing, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors and 3rd party suppliers (i.e. cleaners, Workspace etc - occasionally out of hours and at weekends if necessary), while ensuring minimum disruption to the business. You’ll continuously look for the best contacts and suppliers to work with Support the People Team with organisation of on-site training & events, and hosting our weekly stand ups Location - 5 days a week in our office in Vauxhall🏡 Belonging @ Bloom & Wild
