What you’ll be doing -

Technology is key to Riverford’s success, and you will play an important part in supporting a nationwide IT estate with over 1,000 users.

As part of the support team, you’ll deliver great customer service to your fellow co-owners by capturing and resolving issues (both hardware and software), administrating systems and escalating issues to our development and infrastructure teams as needed. You will be working with our ticketing system, following established workflows, and helping to develop and improve them as we continually strive for excellence.

This role is a great opportunity for anyone keen to step up in their existing career in IT and join a tightly knit team that makes a real difference. We are pro-training and you’ll be eager to learn and build on an already sound foundation in IT support.
You’ll be passionate about technology, adore mooting the finer points of Mac vs Windows, local hardware vs virtualisation and know the difference between the Cloud and a cumulonimbus.

Most importantly, you will benefit from collaborating with a diverse group of talented and capable individuals who bring a variety of perspectives and strengths. Together, we strive to deliver fantastic, ethical, and delicious products, all powered by the systems YOU support.

This is a 18 month fixed term contract position. The role is 40 hours per week onsite Sunday to Thursday 6am to 2pm, based at Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU. Our business does not just work 9-5 so the support team needs to be flexible.
