The role of Talent Development Manager is crucial to our mission. You will be responsible for both the recruitment and development of our people to ensure that we continue to attract high calibre staff and that they continue to thrive in the Foundation. You will introduce effective attraction and recruitment techniques to access a pool of diverse and talented candidates; you will also lead on the design and delivery of our learning programmes as well as providing guidance on best practice. Working closely with our teams, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth ensuring that learning and development is facilitated successfully across the Foundation.
Job requirements include at least 7+ years’ relevant work experience with at least 4 years’ experience in a role with a significant element of L&D and recruitment. Ideally CIPD qualified or have a degree in a related subject. Proven success at introducing new learning offerings that have been beneficial for individuals, teams and the organisation. Evidence of creating learning strategies to include talent management and succession planning. Experience of recruitment and attraction methods that access diverse candidate pools.

Our office is based in Cowes, Isle of Wight. A remote UK location will be considered for this role.
