Role Summary:Coordinate internal communications and manage operational processes.Uphold operational compliance and ensure the internal wiki remains current.Collaborate with teams to produce reports, insights, and memos.Facilitate department-wide events and follow-up for smooth execution.Develop and refine operations processes, OKR management, and SOPs.Update and maintain operational Coda pages.Lead various ad hoc projects and compliance initiatives.

The Performance Ops Executive will oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring the timely dissemination of key information and maintaining operational compliance. This role will be pivotal in coordinating internal communications, managing operational processes, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also spend time ensuring that the internal wiki is updated.
What you’ll do
Partner with different teams such as the enablement and delivery teams write and deliver internal communications such as internal reports, insights and memo’s
Partner with senior stakeholders and other departments like product to ensure smooth execution of department wide events (e.g. the delivery operations all hands) including the creation of materials and following up with the relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Create, manage and improve operations wide processes such as OKR management, templates such as intake forms and SOPs
Maintain both the back-end and front-end aspects of the Ops Coda pages to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for the entire Operations organisation
Lead and support ad hoc projects and compliance tasks

You’re an effective and persuasive communicator, and can confidently navigate difficult conversations with peers and senior stakeholders with both clarity and warmth
You’ve got a strong operational skillset, and are highly effective at managing and reporting against priorities in collaboration with a cross-functional and distributed team
You’re attention to detail is impeccable and you always ensure that every deliverable it to the highest of standards
You have worked in a high-growth business, and you have demonstrated effective leadership in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
You’re superb at designing rigorous and engaging content but can also facilitate it to an exceptional standard
You have strong project management skills
You’re a quick learner and adapt quickly to new technologies
Experience with and proficiency in CODA is highly desirable
