You’ll build a deep understanding of our bean varieties, sourcing and how harvests impact cost and quality. This knowledge and understanding will help supercharge our supply team as well as our profitability. This understanding of the bean market will also help influence many key business decisions internally and you’ll even be celebrated externally at events in need of a bean expert.
