- Lead the second phase of our ERP system implementation and continuous improvement.

We are Pod Point, the UK's leading electric vehicle (EV) charging provider. Since 2009, we've provided over 240,000 chargepoints, leading the UK's transition to electric cars and making EV ownership easy and affordable for everyone. We're partnering with automotive giants like Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW, as well as energy leaders Centrica and EDF. Our focus includes innovative ventures like advanced smart charging solutions and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role entails transforming our internal systems. With the first phase of our ERP rollout complete you will lead the implementation of the project's second phase and continuously improve our ERP capabilities. You will own the ERP product roadmap and manage stakeholder expectations. You will also improve the ERP system and its integrations, foster relationships with third-party suppliers, integrate business processes with internal products, and collaborate with the product manager and PMO to deliver projects on time and within budget, representing end users in development.
Job requirements include a strong understanding of ERP platforms (ideally IFS), experience and understanding of managing multiple integrations to and from ERP systems, experience working with internal business stakeholders who support customers & end users, experience using Agile planning tools like Jira, documentation of Product features (e.g. Confluence) and collaborative tools for planning (e.g., Miro.), and experience designing and implementing new features and business processes while understanding the impact these have to the users, to the data and other connected systems. Experience working with Sales, Ops and Product teams is beneficial.
