    • Assist with bi-weekly reports and update the media list database regularly.
    • Participate in client meetings and attend press launches, engaging with journalists.
    • Handle administrative tasks, monitor media activity, and manage office supplies.

Mance Communications are seeking a Public Relations Intern for a six month position, who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute on a larger scale. The PR Intern will provide daily support to the Mance Communications PR team while gaining invaluable experience within a fast paced press office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating press releases
  • Assist with pitching new stories to press
  • Assist with fortnightly reports
  • Attend client meetings where relevant
  • Regularly update the Mance Communications database media list
  • Assist in administrative duties, including client coverage scans and logging media activity
  • Keep up to date with all media activity, including social.
  • Attend client press launches and interact with journalists
  • Ensure all cuttings are mounted and in relevant folders
  • Complete roundups of weekly trends and hot new openings 
  • Manage office supplies e.g. stationary, paper etc

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
