The Role The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all logistics activities associated with inbound transportation, warehouse fulfillment, outbound shipments according to wholesale customers’ VAS requirements. This includes tracking of all inbound shipments from all suppliers to TOMS third Party Distribution Center in EMEA; determining/coordinating/ monitoring 3PL fulfillment center activities and performance. This position ensures that effective logistics performance is met, quality and cost expectations are tracked, and will contribute to the investigation and timely response to inquiries related to distribution and transportation. As well as continuously looking for developing and implementing strategies and processes that improve efficiency.

Job requirements •Demonstrated skill in business planning and inventory management •Strong understanding of typical footwear and apparel business channels •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills. Ability to work in a team environment •Must be detail oriented and extremely accurate •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of management (including upper management) in a professional manner •Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills •Ability to work effectively under time constraints, multitask and prioritize on projects and deliver results by critical deadlines •Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP AFS •Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff •Ability to develop new procedures, polices and reporting tools to simplify and improve operations •Expertise in business planning, S&OP process •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in distribution, with preferably 1 years of management experience •Preferred degree in business / technical area or similar level of experience
