We’re searching for a creative, commercially minded Digital Product and Offers Manager, to drive the growth, user experience and everyday relevance of Virgin Family, the digital platform for all Virgin employees.
This exciting fixed-term role sits in the Employee Communications and Engagement team. You’ll help to drive the product roadmap for the Virgin Family platform and coordinate with teams across Virgin to secure and market exclusive employee deals. You’ll also act as a key contact for Workvivo, to help ensure the platform delivers a top-tier user experience aligned with Virgin’s brand.

Virgin Family Platform:
- Work with teammates to deliver the product roadmap for the Virgin Family platform, built on Workvivo. Draw from the platform strategy and proposition to achieve the platform’s objectives and outcomes.
- Act as a key point of contact for the platform vendor, managing platform functionality and development.
- Work closely with our Group Legal Team to ensure high legal compliance and risk management. This is critical given our work across 20+ jurisdictions.
- Align closely with the Virgin Red Product Team to explore opportunities to integrate and promote Virgin Red (Virgin’s loyalty programme) with Virgin Family UK and US members, and with the Commercial Team to plan future integration with Virgin Red to realise commercial benefits from the platform.
Employee deals and discounts:
- Coordinate with Virgin’s Commercial/Marketing Teams to secure and market exclusive employee deals and find exciting and innovative ways to promote these with our colleagues across the Virgin Group.
- Ensure that content is tailored to various audiences within the organisation.
Measurement and Analytics:
- Use data-driven insights to assess engagement levels and continuously improve communication strategies.
What you’ll need
- Experience in a digital product management role, ideally within a consumer-focused industry.
- Experience in product and feature roadmap development and successful experience of delivering on outcome targets.
- Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with internal communications innovations.
- Experience in growing the user base of a digital product/app.
- Experience in using data insights to understand customer needs and set a strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder and supplier management.
- Experience with Workvivo is advantageous but not essential.
The extra details
Role type: Contract (6-months)
Location: London hub (approx. 2 days per week) & your home space
