Role Summary:Lead the execution of the eCommerce platform's program roadmap.Manage stakeholder relationships and deliverables.Direct User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality and user experience.Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for project success.Conduct Business Requirements Workshops with cross-functional teams.Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.Guide a cross-functional team to enhance user experience and community engagement.Create user stories and participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Role Requirements:Experience in eCommerce with a focus on large-scale digital projects.Strong understanding of platform development and technical requirements translation.Ambition to deliver top industry experiences.A proven track record in managing complex tasks or technical projects.Familiarity with Adobe Commerce and UAT.Proficient in project management tools like Kanban boards and Jira.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead our platform programs, with a primary focus on evolving and enhancing our current eCommerce solutions. This role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of our digital platforms roadmap, ensuring that all initiatives within the program meet the needs of our community while aligning with our business objectives. As a Product Owner, you will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with the digital team—including other product owners, development, and QA—and work closely with external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality platform solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ProgramRoadmap Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to define,prioritise, and deliver on the program roadmap, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals and user needs.
StakeholderManagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understandrequirements, manage expectations, and keep them accountable fordeliverables.
UserAcceptance Testing (UAT): Lead the UAT process to ensure allplatform updates and new initiatives meet the highest standards of qualityand user experience.
Collaborationwith Agencies and Internal Teams: Coordinate with externalagencies and internal development teams to meet project deadlines,ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
BusinessRequirements Workshops: Facilitate BRWs with yourcross-functional team to define and refine requirements for newinitiatives, ensuring all business needs are captured and addressed.
ContinuousImprovement: Identify opportunities for process and platformimprovements, driving innovation and efficiency within the platformprogram.
LeadCross-Functional Team: Oversee a dedicated cross-functional team,fostering collaboration across departments to deliver platform solutionsthat enhance user experience and drive community engagement.
Userstory creation: Write clear and concise user stories, includingacceptance criteria (For internal development projects only).
Sprintreview and retrospective: Participate in sprint reviews todemonstrate completed work and in retrospectives to improve processes.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Experiencein a similar role in ecommerce and will haveworked on large-scale digital builds and user-driven creative solutionsfor an ecommerce brand.
- Strongunderstanding of platform development and the ability to translatebusiness needs into technical requirements.
- Desireto produce the best experiences in the industry hands-down 
- Proventrack record of managing complex tasks or technical projects
- Experiencewith Adobe commerceÂ
- Experience in UAT
- Proficiencyin project management tools (i.e. Kanban boards, Jira, etc)
