TOMS is in business to improve lives. When you wear or work with TOMS, you help fund access to mental health resources for the millions of people who need them. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our TOMS EMEA Supply Chain team in Amsterdam.

The role entails processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry and payment processing. You will track shipments, monitor delivery status, and proactively address any potential issues to guarantee timely and secure delivery. You will also engage with customers to provide personalized and empathetic assistance, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Job requirements include at least 2-4 years customer service experience (preferably in the international sports or fashion industry), excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, experience in working with SAP and high proficiency level with Excel, and a strong customer centric approach.
