The Role The Associate, People Products Operations role will support our newly created People Products team by assisting in the coordination and administration of the team’s day-to-day operations, streamlining and coordinating processes, and ensuring efficient collaboration across the team. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to build their experience in a forward-thinking and innovative People Department, and is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how we use product management methodologies to build innovative and employee-centric people programs, activities and initiatives.
Job Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a similar coordination role, preferably in a People or Product Management environment, but not critical. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail, and enjoys solving problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage relationships at all levels of seniority. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with project management tools/methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana etc) but we can also provide specific training). Basic understanding of or interest in product development processes and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field of People / HR / Employee Experience.
