We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to lead our paid media strategy. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across various channels including search, display and social. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, maximising ROI, and enhancing our overall marketing efforts. This role reports into our Head of Growth. We are looking for someone who has an analytical approach to marketing and enjoys working collaboratively with our marketing team who will support creative strategies and campaign development.

We’re a certified B Corp committed to making flight-free travel mainstream. Since our inception in March 2020, we've booked 7,000 travellers onto unforgettable holidays, with 95% five-star reviews. We’re growing 3x YoY and are regularly featured in the press, including the Guardian, BBC, and New York Times.

Your key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive media buying strategy that works through the funnel and takes into account all of our touch points. You will leverage competitive benchmarking, trend monitoring and industry expertise to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation across our wider media mix. You will execute and optimise all paid campaigns, optimising for customer acquisition and ROI. You will work collaboratively to optimise conversions with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing creative assets, landing page optimisation, and campaign tactics. You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for paid media channels. You will build dashboards to track and analyse performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities and share these with the wider team.

We are looking for someone with expertise in launching, running and optimising omni-channel ad campaigns, with significant experience in Google Ads and other digital media buying. Experience ideating successful strategies in high-growth environments to achieving rapidly ramping financial targets. Experience managing significant paid marketing budgets of over £200k/month. Experience with Programmatic Advertising and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). Experience creating attribution strategies across complex purchasing funnels, including but not limited to optimising conversion events and working with Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil and present actionable insights from data on ads platforms and Google Analytics. A proactive, self-starter attitude with an excellent solutions mindset. Alignment with our mission and values.

We offer £40-47k p.a. depending on experience. Company ownership through equity. Remote-first, flexible working: 20 days wherever: work when you like and where you like for most of the month - we’ll fund a day a week in a coworking space. 2 days together: join our team in the London office two days each month (a couple of exceptions per year is fine!). One cost-price Byway holiday per year and agency rates with Eurostar for you and your family/friends. An annual autumn Away Afternoon and optional Weekend Away in spring.
