- Execute marketing campaigns for the V&A's commercial ventures, including retail, publishing, and the V&A Academy.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing Manager on campaign development and implementation.

The Role The V&A’s Marketing Department is responsible for building the V&A brand and nurturing audience relationships across the UK and globally. With a fully integrated approach to all aspects of marketing, insight and audience engagement, the team leads the V&A’s high-profile cross-channel marketing campaigns and partnerships, as well as CRM, visitor acquisition and retention for the V&A’s family of sites.
This role will be an integral part of the Commercial Marketing team with a focus on delivering campaigns for the V&A’s commercial offer, this includes retail, publishing and V&A Academy. These revenue-generating areas help to fund our program and collections, with 100% of profits returned to the V&A. Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be involved in the ideation and delivery of marketing campaigns designed to grow our commercial offer. Supporting the growth of a range of products including V&A Retail, V&A Academy, and V&A Publishing. Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the seamless development and execution of promotional assets and activity across organic and paid channels.
