Key Relationships:
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and collaborating closely with company directors to craft and execute growth strategies that align with our overall vision.
- Leading and motivating the sales and business development teams to exceed targets and drive business growth.
- Building strong relationships within the B2B sector, with a particular focus on the food industry in London.
- Supporting wider business initiatives with growth of retail and partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business growth and expand our market presence while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- Analyse market trends, identify opportunities for growth with existing and new clients, and craft strategies to capitalise on these opportunities.
- Manage margins, negotiate contracts, and oversee commercial agreements to ensure profitability and long-term success.
- Lead the business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive the development and maintenance of strong B2B relationships, leveraging your knowledge of the London food industry.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure that our growth strategies align with the company’s commitment to quality and brand integrity.

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time role with a typical workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday. A hybrid working arrangement is available, with flexibility to work both on-site in Greenwich, London, and remotely as required by the role.
