We are looking for someone with a passion for communication and engagement to champion our work on Music Hubs - a nationwide network of local partnerships that support, deliver and enable access to music education for children and young people.

Creativity and strategic thinking are vital in this role, overseeing and delivering our communication and engagement plans for the Music Hub network which has recently been refreshed to be fewer in number but to cover larger areas and with more extensive networks of partners, putting real emphasis on the importance of communications to help drive engagement.

You will be at the forefront of shaping and sharing the story of our work, ensuring that our network of Music Hubs thrives in its mission to improve the lives of young people through music. You will plan our output strategically to maintain engagement across a wide variety of stakeholders, from effectively sharing guidance and other information to Music Hubs through to advocating for the programme publicly in a variety of channels. Working collaboratively with counterparts in our Children and Young People team and other key areas will also ensure a coherent approach to strategic communications across the organisation.
