We are looking for a Business Development Intern to accelerate our efforts in the POE (Point-of-Entry) market. This role is crucial for identifying and mapping out opportunities, engaging potential customers, and driving our business development activities in Europe. You will play a key role in helping us tackle PFAS pollution, known as "The Forever Chemicals," ensuring safer drinking water for millions.
What you’ll be doing...
In this role, you will leverage your analytical and communication skills to conduct market research, develop strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with passionate colleagues, playing a key role in helping us tackle PFAS pollution. Here’s what you can expect:
After 3 months you will:
- Gather and analyse market intelligence on the European POE (Point of Entry) market.
- Develop heat maps and infographics to identify opportunities and understand competition.
- Begin initial outreach to potential customers and stakeholders.
After 6 months you will:
- Prioritise key countries and customers based on your research.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine strategies and materials.
After 12 months you will:
- Engage in business development activities, supporting the Sales and Business Development team in conversions.
- Assist in setting up lab scale trials and NDAs with prospective customers.
- Continuously analyse market data to adjust and improve strategies.
