- Provide financial leadership and drive business results for TOMS' wholesale channel.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and support sales, customer service, operations, and marketing.
- Play a key role in planning and analysis, helping to shape the strategic direction of the wholesale business.
- 7+ years of experience in financial forecasting/analysis and accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI, and Tableau is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
- Retail/fashion industry experience, particularly in wholesale, is highly desirable.
- Leadership experience is a plus.

The Role: The Manager, FP&A – Wholesale is responsible for providing financial leadership to drive business results and operating efficiencies for the wholesale channel at TOMS. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team, cross-functional business partners and the leadership team to provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting out to the business. The role will also focus on supporting the sales, customer service, operations, and marketing teams within the wholesale business.
Job Requirements: 7+ years of experience in financial forecasting/analysis, consolidation reporting and/or accounting with strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accruals, GL and cost center data analysis. 7+ years of advanced knowledge of Excel, BI and Tableau. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred. Experience in retail/fashion industry with ample understanding of wholesale business practices. Footwear experience a plus. Prior experience leading/managing a team is preferred.
