Role Summary:Collaborate with a team of skilled drafters and consult with divorce specialists.Utilize your family law expertise to efficiently draft financial remedy consent orders.Contribute significantly to our core mission by ensuring high-quality drafting and communication.

Role Requirements:At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).Proven background in family law with experience in drafting financial remedy orders.A pragmatic and confident drafting approach.Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in IT systems and a confident approach to technology.Self-motivated with excellent planning and workload management abilities.Legal eligibility to work in the UK.

The role As a Financial Remedy Consent Order Drafter, you will be a part of a team of drafters who work together and consult each other when required. You will deal directly with our divorce specialists who are the customer facing side of the business. This role is a great opportunity for you if you are an experienced family paralegal or legal executive with a minimum of two years of PQE who would like to grow and develop. Working under the supervision of our drafting team lead, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our core mission through the efficient drafting of consent orders and liaison with our divorce specialists.

Job requirements •Minimum of 2+ years of PQE, •Background in family law and hands-on experience of drafting financial remedy orders, •Pragmatic and confident approach to drafting, •Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail, •Strong communication skills, •Proficiency and confidence working with IT systems and technology, •Self-motivation, ability to plan, manage and take accountability for your own workload, •Right to work in the UK.
