Who we are looking for: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR and Talent professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about building strong teams and driving organisational success. You will be key to supporting our mission of modernising mental health and ensuring that we have the best talent in place to do so.
Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational roles and support clinical recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement to maintain high levels of motivation and productivity.
