  • Devise and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Perform keyword research, analyze trends, and improve search engine rankings.
  • Work with teams and agencies to enhance website content for SEO.

  • Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates in SEO and CRO.

  • Proficiency with SEO, personalization, and CRO tools such as SemRush, Ahrefs, Braze, and Google Analytics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

SEO 50% 

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive inbound pipeline growth through SEO content and technical optimization to increase organic traffic and qualified leads. 
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze data and trends, and identify opportunities to improve website ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Collaborate with content teams, designers, and developers, and external agencies to optimize website content, structure, and performance for SEO.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on local SEO opportunities to drive organic growth for regional websites in different languages 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SEO strategies and recommendations for cross-functional from Braze Learning to Industry teams 

Personalization 30%

  • Identify opportunities for user journeys to drive pipeline growth 
  • Utilize personalization tools such as Braze to tailor website content and messaging based on user behavior and preferences.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to leverage additional expertise and resources for website growth initiatives.

CRO 20% 

  • Develop and execute A/B testing experiments using Mutiny or Braze to optimize website elements, layouts, and messaging to drive conversion rates.
  • Analyze website metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and inform optimization strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion funnels.
