Role Summary:
- Act as the CEO’s right hand in a fast-paced environment.

- Handle memberships, sponsorships, and event arrangements.
- Provide operational and administrative support.
- Implement systems to maintain business organization.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to support strategic goals.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in roles such as EA, operations, events, business development, or similar.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Independent work ethic, articulate communication, and presentable demeanor.
- Corporate experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with London, luxury brands, Mailchimp, marketing, PR, and database management is a plus.

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our small team to work directly with the Founder & CEO, Rosie Shephard
With at least 6 years of prior work experience and a degree in hand- your prior experience could be from a number of roles such as EA, operations, events, biz dev or other.
This is an opportunity to become the CEO’s right hand, work in a fast paced environment, travel and learn about the luxury industry. You will have the opportunity in time to lead the expansion of our company internationally and play a pivotal role in running the show.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key relationships, manage memberships and sponsorships, arranging events and providing operational and administrative support to the companies.
In this role, you will excel in implementing systems to maintain organization within the business, with a keen eye for detail and a love for working with Excel spreadsheets. Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in supporting the strategic goals of the company and the priorities of the Founder.
