We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our small team to work directly with the Founder & CEO, Rosie Shephard
With at least 6 years of prior work experience and a degree in hand- your prior experience could be from a number of roles such as EA, operations, events, biz dev or other.
This is an opportunity to become the CEO’s right hand, work in a fast paced environment, travel and learn about the luxury industry. You will have the opportunity in time to lead the expansion of our company internationally and play a pivotal role in running the show.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key relationships, manage memberships and sponsorships, arranging events and providing operational and administrative support to the companies.
In this role, you will excel in implementing systems to maintain organization within the business, with a keen eye for detail and a love for working with Excel spreadsheets. Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in supporting the strategic goals of the company and the priorities of the Founder.
If you have a passion for process and order, a desire to contribute to the growth of a small luxury company, we invite you to apply and become a key player in our team. Ability to work independently is important as well as being articulate and presentable to clients. Corporate experience preferred.
Knowledge of London, luxury brands, Mailchimp, marketing or PR, database management is preferred but not essential.
