As an Onboarding Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding new healthcare professionals through Florence’s onboarding and credentialing process.
  • Resolving app-related issues and providing proactive support via phone, email, text, and live chat.
  • Making outbound calls to assist healthcare professionals and help them complete the onboarding process.
  • Maintaining detailed records and managing documentation within our CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • No prior experience required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong digital literacy and the ability to assist users with varying levels of tech-savviness.
  • High organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to accountability.
  • A quiet home office space with a reliable internet connection.

The Florence app empowers nurses to find flexible, fair and transparent work options, and enables healthcare facilities to reliably address staffing shortages.

Florence technology powers an innovative marketplace between healthcare organizations and professionals. We are seeking an Onboarding Representative to guide our new healthcare professionals through the onboarding and credentialing process with Florence.

In this role, you will assist healthcare professionals with issues that they cannot resolve on their own in our mobile app. Additionally, you will make proactive outbound calls to help healthcare professionals move forward with the onboarding process. You’ll be supported by a Team Lead, who will provide the guidance and resources to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and support healthcare professionals primarily via phone (Aircall) in an empathetic, professional and proactive manner. You'll be trained on email, text and live chat so you have flexibility to communicate with healthcare professionals in the way that best suits them. 
  • Answer inbound questions via phone call, live chat and email to help healthcare professionals move through the Florence onboarding and vetting process quickly and efficiently. 
  • Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals in target areas to assist with any questions or blockers and support them in completing their application.
  • Keep detailed notes and ensure relevant documentation is updated and organized in our CRM.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable
  • You are a clear, concise and personable communicator both verbally and written
  • Skilled at helping people who may not find digital applications intuitive 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, and ability to learn new software quickly
  • A team player that welcomes accountability
  • Must have a quiet working space with reliable internet connection

  • Location: Fully remote, with in-person onboarding sessions during the first month in person. 
  • Start Date: October 2024
